Intended for cutting fruits, vegetables and boneless meats, not intended for pry, flexing, violent chopping or boning.

To extend the life of your blades, they must be used on plastic or wood cutting boards and avoid cutting frozen food. Marble, glass and steel boards could cause damages to the blades.

Wash the knife after each single use, preferably by hand with a mild detergent and do not wash in the dishwasher.
